Approach
The ScanYours Municipality Webscan is a scientifically developed benchmark method to measure and improve the effectiveness of municipal websites. Using no less than twenty-seven factors and over 500 measuring points we will measure the score of the website in an objective manner, including website performance as opposed to the scores of competitors and best practices. The ScanYours Municipality Webscan will bring the weak and strong points of a website to the surface, showing what profile the website takes on within the own market. By measuring the competitors and best practices we are able to pinpoint aspects that can be improved. This will provide municipalities with both operational points of improvement and opportunities to upgrade their online strategy. The results of the ScanYours Municipality Webscan and the analysis will be presented in a report to the municipal web team.
